Dibrugarh, Roing, Mayodia Pass and the upper Dibang Valley at a realistic pace.

This is the standard structure we use for Anini, built around the two long mountain days rather than pretending they do not exist. It gives you a full day in the upper valley and a comfortable return.

The itinerary is private. Dates, halts and pace can be adjusted, and we will tell you frankly if a requested change makes the trip worse.

Itinerary

Day by day

Day 1
Dibrugarh or Dibrugarh Airport pickup, drive to Roing via the Brahmaputra crossing. Evening at leisure or a short visit to Sally Lake.
Day 2
Early departure from Roing, climb over Mayodia Pass and descend through Hunli to Anini. A long mountain day.
Day 3
Full day in and around Anini — Acheso viewpoint, the Dri valley area and Idu Mishmi villages depending on conditions.
Day 4
Anini back over the pass to Roing.
Day 5
Roing sightseeing — Mehao Lake, Bhismaknagar — with the afternoon free.
Day 6
Roing to Dibrugarh for onward flight or train.
