The driver stays with you for the duration of the hire. On multi-day trips this means the same person throughout, which is far more useful than a relay of unfamiliar drivers on unfamiliar sectors.

Why we do not offer self-drive
Self-drive on Eastern Arunachal roads places an unfamiliar driver on demanding terrain with limited recovery options and patchy communication. We have chosen not to offer it. If self-drive is added as a service later, it will be stated clearly on this page.
