Dibrugarh's conference space sits mainly in hotels and banquet halls. We approach venues on your behalf, share your requirement, and come back with what is actually available for your dates. Capacity, layout and inclusions are confirmed by the venue in writing before anything is held.
Delegate accommodation
Room blocks in Dibrugarh hotels, matched to the delegate list and the budget bands you set. Where a single property cannot take the whole group, we plan the split so transport stays simple.
Delegate transport
Airport transfers, hotel-to-venue shuttles and scheduled delegate movements using chauffeur-driven buses, Tempo Travellers, Innova Crystas and sedans. Vehicle-only bookings are handled on our conference vehicle hire page.

- Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions — the business-events side of travel. In Dibrugarh we handle the ground side of those programmes: coordination, venue and accommodation booking assistance, and delegate transport.
- Do you own a conference venue?
- No. We assist with booking hotel and banquet venues in and around Dibrugarh, and coordinate with the venue on your behalf. Availability and capacity are confirmed with the venue at quotation stage.
- Can you handle transport only?
- Yes. Many organisers arrange their own venue and rooms and use us only for buses, Tempo Travellers and cars. Transport-only bookings are welcome.
- How many delegates can you arrange for?
- Both small meetings and larger delegations. Rather than quoting a fixed ceiling, we confirm what is genuinely available for your dates once we know the delegate count.
- How far in advance should a conference be booked?
- As early as possible. Hotel and vehicle availability in Dibrugarh tightens during festival periods and the peak travel season.
